Ashley Battersby

Ashley Battersby

Ashley Battersby is a former professional U.S. freeski athlete and a pioneer of women’s slopestyle skiing, whose journey began on a small Midwest hill and evolved into a long career all over the world in the elite level of the sport. After undergoing five ACL reconstructions and multiple other surgeries, Ashley rebuilt her body and mindset, an experience that profoundly shaped her approach to training, recovery, and long-term athletic longevity.

In 2016, she retired from professional skiing and transitioned her lifelong passion for movement into personal training, yoga, and mindful fitness coaching. With over 20 years of athletic experience, Ashley helps clients build resilient strength, functional mobility, and confidence through intelligent, sustainable training. Her coaching emphasizes lifting heavy, injury prevention, body awareness, and performance that supports real life, not just the gym.

In her free time, Ashley can be found hiking, Nordic skiing, and adventuring in the mountains with her husband and 3 dogs.
